Richards has been interested in money and finances from the time that he was a young boy delivering papers and learned how his invested earnings could grow with interest. He grew up in Kingston and put roots down in the Quinte area where he met his wife (Jeanette) and now resides together with his two teenage children. His work for the government in the area of Information Technology brings to his financial practice a unique flair for innovation.
Richards has well developed skills in managing financial budgets and a keen interest in Global and North American financial markets. His down to earth charm and personable skills give him a unique edge in the way he can relate information to his clients in easy to understand terminology. He has an empathetic approach to his clients situations and is experienced in helping clients through financial transitions in life, wealth accumulation, investments for retirement and education growth and also specializes in pension transfers.
